Your day-to-day:

• Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding and burning.
• Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate signs.
• Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas.
• Coordinate with vendor in order to modify colors of paint, stain or varnish.
• Consistent standing and walking throughout shift.
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment and rooms.
• Support the Chief Engineer and work with the Engineering team to accomplish daily maintenance of property.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working as a Painter in a 4/5* hotel
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position
• English - excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations.
