Job Description
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, managing, maintaining, and upgrading the organization's technology infrastructure.

He ensure the
availability
,
performance
,
security
, and
scalability
of all IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, data centers, and security components.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee servers, networks, storage systems, virtualization, and potential cloud platforms
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services.
  • Manage data centers and server rooms.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Lead cybersecurity policies (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management, audits).
  • Supervise backups, business continuity (BCP), and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, etc…).
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage a team of system engineers, network engineers, support technicians, DevOps, etc.
  • Prioritize critical incidents and coordinate technical interventions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and integration partners.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive modernization projects: cloud migration, network redesign, deployment of collaborative tools.
  • Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs (SLA, uptime, performance).
  • Optimize costs and propose a strategic technology roadmap.

Qualifications
Required Technical Skills

  • System administration: Windows Server, Linux.
  • Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, Cisco, Fortinet, routing & switching.
  • Cloud & virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure/AWS.
  • Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Centreon, Grafana.
  • Cybersecurity: firewalls, IAM, SIEM, security audits.
  • DevOps knowledge is a plus: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree or engineering degree in IT, networking, or computer systems.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in systems/network engineering or IT administration.
  • Proven experience in team management or cross-functional project leadership.
