Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct detailed market analyses, including property valuations, neighborhood trends, and investment potential.
  • Monitor industry developments, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, or proposals based on market insights.

Property Search, Listing & Transactions

  • Identify suitable properties that meet client requirements.
  • Assist with property showings, negotiations, and closing processes.
  • Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.

Marketing & Networking

  • Develop marketing strategies for property listings, including digital platforms, social media, and open houses.
  • Network with other real estate professionals, developers, lenders, and legal advisors.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry gatherings.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details.
  • Stay updated with licensing requirements, best practices, and legal changes.
