Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Integration Solutions Architect who enjoys solving complex challenges and building strong, connected systems.

If you have deep hands-on experience in System Integration (SI)-led engagements and a passion for designing seamless links between OSS, BSS, Digital, ERP, and Network platforms, this role is for you.

You will design, review, and document how systems connect — ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and with top quality. You'll also work closely with System Integrators (SIs) and internal teams to make sure every solution follows enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities

Integration Design & Documentation

• Create detailed High-Level Designs (HLDs) and review Low-Level Designs (LLDs) from System Integrators.
• Document integration flows, including data mappings, message formats, authentication, and exception handling.
• Ensure designs meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Maintain interface catalogs, sequence diagrams, and integration topologies.

SI-Led Delivery Support

• Support SI-led delivery programs through all stages — from design to deployment.
• Work with SI and internal teams to ensure solutions follow enterprise standards.
• Review and validate deliverables for technical quality and Clean Core compliance.
• Provide guidance during testing, validation, and go-live phases.

Cross-Domain Integration Coverage

• OSS: Fulfillment, assurance, orchestration, mediation, and inventory systems.
• BSS: CRM, billing, order management, product catalog, ERP (Oracle/SAP).
• Digital: API gateways, self-care portals, mobile apps, middleware (Apigee, SAP CPI, TIBCO).
• Network: 4G/5G Core exposure (NEF, NWDAF), SDN/NFV, provisioning and activation interfaces.

Technology & Standards

• Work with tools like TIBCO, Apigee, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, and Kafka.
• Apply TM Forum Open APIs, MEF LSO, and 3GPP exposure frameworks.
• Use secure integration practices such as OAuth2.0, mTLS, JWT, and encryption.
• Follow enterprise templates and Solution Review Board (SRB) design guidelines.

Collaboration & Governance

• Partner with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and SIs for design alignment.
• Present and review integration designs during SRB sessions.
• Support development, testing, and operations teams with clear technical guidance.
• Keep all design documentation consistent and version-controlled.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in integration design and delivery, preferably in telecom or large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience working on System Integration (SI)-led transformation programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of middleware, APIs, data integration, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS data with SAP or other enterprise systems is mandatory.
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS/Digital/ERP/Network systems and data flows.
• Strong understanding of integration security, observability, and performance tuning.
• Excellent skills in documentation, stakeholder communication, and multi-vendor collaboration.
