Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales and Accounting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales leads, and assisting in daily accounting operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both sales and basic finance tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales:

  • Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Prepare and send quotations, datasheets, and order confirmations.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and lead time information.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks.

Accounting:

  • Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments).
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and statements of accounts.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reports.
  • Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales and/or accounting.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally / Zoho Books).
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be based in Qatar.
