We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Female Marketing & Sales Executive with a strong agency background to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing clients, leading marketing initiatives, and driving sales performance. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-impact marketing and sales outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to support business growth and client acquisition.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Identify business opportunities, pitch services, and convert leads into successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, creative, digital, and operations) to deliver marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports with recommendations for optimization.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proven track record in client management, sales conversion, and campaign coordination.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
