We are seeking a motivated Admin & Reception Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), skilled in office software, and capable of handling front‑desk and administrative responsibilities with professionalism. This role is central to managing client interactions, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties: Greet and assist walk‑in clients, answer phone calls, and manage WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism.
- Administrative support: Forward quotations, invoices, and documentation to support sales and production teams.
- Scheduling & coordination: Support team calendars, client appointments, and production timelines.
- Software utilization: Work confidently with Google Sheets, Notion, and YoPrint to maintain records and streamline workflows.
- Reporting: Provide timely updates and administrative reports to management.
- Client follow‑up: Support after‑sales communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Process improvement: Contribute to enhancing administrative and reception workflows.
Requirements
- Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Residency: Valid Qatar residency/visa.
- Essentials: Active bank account; valid driving license preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (Google Sheets, Notion, YoPrint); ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, client‑focused, detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
