Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Tele-Sales Executive, located in Lusail. The role involves managing customer interactions over the phone to provide information about the clinic's services, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. The Tele-Sales Executive will maintain relationships with existing clients by ensuring a high standard of customer service, following up on leads, and assisting in coordination with the clinic team. The individual will also engage in promoting healthcare services and contribute to driving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance targets.

  ong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and address inquiries effectively
• Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or handling client communications
• Proficiency in sales tactics, lead generation, and achieving performance goals
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for scheduling and managing client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while independently managing daily tasks
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
• Basic familiarity with dental or healthcare services is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and similar tools
• Arabic is an added advantage
