Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior HSE Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment for our employees and stakeholders.

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and programs
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across various work sites
  • Support the development and delivery of HSE training programs for employees
  • Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards
  • Participate in incident investigations and help develop corrective action plans
  • Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare reports for management review
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
  • Assist in emergency response planning and drills
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in HSE or a related field
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification (preferred)
  • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits
  • Basic incident investigation skills
  • Understanding of workplace safety practices and environmental protection measures
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work in various environments, including office and field settings
