This role involves collaborating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver stunning 3D assets that meet project specifications and artistic vision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create detailed 3D models, textures, and animations for diverse applications, including films, games, architectural renderings, and product design.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, product managers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and cohesive project execution.
  • Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand project requirements, provide design concepts, and present progress updates and final designs.
  • Technical Execution: Apply lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to create photorealistic or stylized visuals.
  • Optimization: Optimize 3D models for performance and quality across various platforms and applications without compromising visual fidelity.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Review and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders to meet project standards and quality expectations.
  • Documentation: Produce detailed documentation and presentations to support designs and communicate with clients and project teams.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software advancements, and design technologies in the 3D and animation fields.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in 3D design, animation, multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D design work for 3 years minimum.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, color theory, and digital design best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
