Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our esteemed Management Training Institute. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the institute's growth by effectively promoting our training programs, reaching out to potential clients, and converting leads into enrolled participants. This role demands a keen understanding of project management concepts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the institute's project management training programs.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individuals interested in enhancing their project management skills.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about the institute's training offerings, pricing, and schedules.
• Convert leads into enrolled participants by guiding them through the enrollment process and addressing their queries and concerns.
• Create engaging and persuasive promotional materials, such as brochures, online content, and email campaigns.
• Conduct presentations and webinars to showcase the benefits of our training programs and how they align with the professional development needs of potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Maintain a well-organized database of leads, clients, and interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and revenue goals of the institute.
• Participate in relevant industry events, workshops, and conferences to enhance personal knowledge and represent the institute effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A certification in Project Management is a plus.
• 3 years of Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the education or training industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion, and meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track interactions.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and online advertising.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop persuasive marketing content and presentations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
