Job Description

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with strong real estate industry experience to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and strengthening the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
  • Generate, track, and manage real estate leads using digital platforms and CRM systems
  • Manage and update website content, property portals, and online listings
  • Create basic graphic designs for marketing campaigns, social media, and property promotions
  • Handle short video shooting and editing for property listings, social media reels, and marketing content
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and visual channels
  • Coordinate closely with sales and management teams to support business objectives

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of digital marketing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience with Digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in Basic designing tools (e.g. Adobe tools or similar)
  • Experience in short video shooting and editing for digital platforms
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and analytics
  • Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID
  • Immediate availability preferred
