Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lobby Lounge Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lobby lounge. You will work closely with the Lobby Lounge Manager to ensure that our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of lobby lounge staff, including bartenders, servers, and other support staff

- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service to our guests

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized lobby lounge area

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the lobby lounge

- Assist in creating and implementing promotional activities and special events

- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals, performance, and provide feedback

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality or food and beverage setting

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management

- Understanding of health and safety regulations

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
