Job Title: IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using project management tools
  • Lead and motivate project teams by providing clear direction and fostering a high-performance environment
  • Create an environment that encourages transparency, issue escalation, and alignment on project goals
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with business owners, customers, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives
  • Facilitate project steering committee meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Project Management certifications such as PMI (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent are preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role
  • Strong experience managing complex IT projects
  • Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates preferred

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months
