We are seeking a polished and attentive Order Taker for a prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on guest satisfaction, handling each order with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. This role is vital in delivering seamless and personalized dining experiences aligned with the high standards of a five-star hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and professionally take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Promptly input orders into the POS system with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and dietary options.
• Handle guest concerns or modifications with discretion and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction is achieved.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the order-taking station at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the waitstaff, kitchen, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Adhere strictly to luxury hospitality standards, including all hygiene, health, and safety protocols.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel or fine dining sector (Required).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed with professional etiquette, reflecting the standards of luxury service.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, or others) are a plus.
