We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Building Management Systems. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HVAC controls, electrical systems, and troubleshooting BMS-related issues to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS).

  • Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

  • Diagnose system faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.

  • Assist in configuring, calibrating, and testing BMS equipment and sensors.

  • Respond to service requests and support daily facility operations.

  • Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of system performance and issues.

  • Coordinate with the maintenance team and report major issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

  • 24 years of experience as a BMS Technician.

  • Strong knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC controls, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with common BMS software platforms is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with facility teams.
