Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations for dry, chilled, and frozen food items
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, temperature control, and FIFO/FEFO implementation
  • Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of F&B products
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Conduct regular stock counts and manage expiry dates to minimize wastage
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and pest control procedures
  • Handle product recalls, returns, and non-conformance issues
  • Prepare operational and inventory reports
