About the Role

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UX Writer to craft clear, concise, and

engaging content for our mobile apps and websites. As part of the Product and UX team,

you'll play a critical role in shaping user experiences through words—ensuring every

interaction is intuitive, helpful, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write user-centric content for mobile apps and websites, including microcopy,

buttons, error messages, onboarding flows, help content, tooltips, and more.

  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to

shape seamless digital experiences.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all user touchpoints.
  • Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate copy

effectiveness.

  • Contribute to and help maintain content guidelines and UX writing standards.
  • Edit and simplify complex concepts into clear, accessible language.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX writing samples for mobile and/or web applications.
  • Strong command of language and the ability to write with clarity, brevity, and

empathy.

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX processes.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt tone across different products or

audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Basic knowledge of localization/internationalization best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced digital environments.
  • Exposure to usability testing or A/B content experiments.
