Role Description
Rakonex is seeking a
Digital Marketing Manager
for a
full-time, on-site role in Kochi, India.
This position requires hands-on ownership of digital marketing planning, execution, performance and budget management across multiple channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating business and client objectives into effective digital strategies, managing campaigns from concept to execution, and continuously optimizing performance to improve lead generation, engagement and ROI. The role demands close collaboration with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with market expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Marketing principles and campaign management
- Experience with Web Analytics and data-driven decision making
- Effective communication, leadership and team collaboration skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a similar role within the GCC market is a plus
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to Qatar-based clients and products
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across social media, search engines, and paid advertising platforms
- Oversee social media planning, content calendars, campaign execution and performance tracking
- Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, conversions, and cost efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and convert insights into actionable improvements
- Drive lead generation initiatives through audience targeting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- Ensure all campaigns align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and local market expectations
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights, trends, and recommendations
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices relevant to the Qatar market
