Position Summary

The Senior Consultant in Organisational Change Management (OCM) & High-Performance Team Building will partner with clients to design, lead, and deliver strategic change initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, team performance, and cultural alignment. This role blends deep expertise in behavioural change, leadership development, and team dynamics with hands-on consulting experience to help organisations achieve measurable, sustainable transformation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced facilitator, a strong communicator, and a trusted advisor capable of influencing senior leaders while guiding teams through complex change.

Responsibilities /Accountabilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, deliverables, resources and budgets to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness analysis.
  • Develop and deliver change plans including communication strategies, training programs and resistance-management strategies.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers to build change capability and drive accountability
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insight and recommendations on organisational culture, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
  • Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and solution design.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and experience dealing with multicultural environments.
  • Ability to work at all levels of an organization.
  • Expertise in team-building methodologies, group dynamics, and coaching best practices.
  • Ability to interpret organisational data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and evaluate work accomplishments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships within the global community.
