Job Title
: Junior Sales Representative / Executive
Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Representative/Executive will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, generating new business, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets for our range of iron accessories across Construction Projects and Building Material Traders. This role is focused on direct sales activity and pipeline management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
0 to 2 years
of experience in sales (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
Skills:
Action-oriented, Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (if applicable).
Client presentations and product demonstrations.
Sales lead generation and follow-up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Valid local driving license and willingness to travel.
Personal Attributes: Results-driven, highly persuasive, resilient, and a strong negotiator.
