Wet Utilities Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) network designs for land development projects in compliance with PWA (Ashghal) standards and guidelines.
  • Produce TSE layout plans, longitudinal profiles, and detailed design drawings, along with design calculations and technical design reports for submission and approvals.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (roads, drainage, utilities) to ensure clash-free and integrated utility designs.
  • Review design inputs, surveys, and authority requirements to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
  • Support authority submissions, respond to technical comments, and assist during design coordination and approvals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have 5-8 years of professional experience in wet utilities / TSE network design, exclusively with design consultancy companies.
  • Proven experience in preparing TSE layout & profile drawings and design reports for PWA land development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar and GCC standards, with hands-on project experience in Qatar / GCC.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or similar design software); BIM experience is an advantage.
  • Available immediately and willing to be based in Qatar.
