Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
  • Perform regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
  • Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately.
  • Repair or replace parts such as brakes, engines, transmission systems, suspension, air conditioning, and other major components.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance work comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor time.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs.
  • Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
  • Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, and electronic).
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent (preferred, not required).
  • Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

  • Only for Philippines Nationals.

  • Salary depends on the Experience.
