Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D Civil 3D models for infrastructure works including roads, utilities, and drainage.
  • Extract and prepare 2D drawings (plans, profiles, sections, schedules) in compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure constructability
  • Perform clash detection, constructability reviews, and support BIM coordination activities
  • Ensure BIM deliverables comply with BEP, TIDP/MIDP, CDE protocols, and relevant BIM standards
  • Support quantity take-offs, data extraction, and timely submission of project deliverables

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Surveying, or related field
  • Must have 3–8+ years of experience in Civil 3D modeling for infrastructure projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (corridors, alignments, profiles, surfaces, assemblies)
  • Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and CDE platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and within teams
  • Immediate hiring – candidates who are available to join ASAP are strongly preferred
