Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Doha, Qatar. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front-desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team with clerical duties as needed. The position demands professionalism, organization, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and general administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
