Job Description / وصف الوظيفة

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and support project activities, documentation, and coordination between departments. The candidate should ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple project activities.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Organize meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Maintain records, track progress, and support project teams.
  • Ensure timely communication and support management decisions.

Requirements / المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (bilingual).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to join immediately.
