Position Purpose

Purpose: HSE Specialist is responsible for facilitating compliance with HSE guidelines and Company contractual obligations. Ensure always the safety working environment and prevent any injuries/ accidents and incidents for Company contract operations' fleet operations and maintenance

Job Summary:

HSE Specialist should be knowledgeable in specific relevant safety techniques and have a working knowledge of the legal and contractual HSE requirements that must be met. Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Shall demonstrate competence in the following areas:

  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken English;

  • Conduct HSE audits;

  • Training for incident prevention;

  • Conduct incident investigations and identify underlying causes;

  • Monitor compliance to health requirements, rules and regulations

  • Monitor compliance and identify ways of reducing environmental impact, ensure compliance to environmental requirements, rules and regulations,

  • Management of hazards and advising on suitable measures which can be used for preventing and ultimately recovering from accident situations;

  • Develop and facilitate implementation of Company Contract HSE Plans;

  • Ensure to comply with the applicable Company HSE policies, standards and procedures including emergency procedures.
