Therole involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing processimprovements, and leveraging BIAN frameworks and service domains toensure solutions align with global banking standards.2 Key Responsibilities·       Collaborate with enterprise architects and businessstakeholders to define, document, and validate business capabilities andrequirements.·       Use the BIAN Service Landscape and Service Domains tostructure banking capabilities and ensure alignment with industry standards.·       Assist in developing and maintaining the bank's EnterpriseArchitecture artifacts, including:o   Business Capability Modelso   Value Streams & Process Mapso   Application & Data Architecture mappings·       Support gap analysis between current and target -statearchitectures, highlighting dependencies, risks, and opportunities.·       Translate business requirements into architecture -alignedfunctional and non -functional requirements.·       Work with solution architects and project teams to ensure solutionsare consistent with EA guidelines and the target architecture.·       Contribute to architecture governance processes, ensuringprojects comply with enterprise standards and BIAN frameworks.·       Support regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements (KYC, AML,Basel III, ISO standards) in line with EA and BIAN principles.·       Act as a liaison between business teams, architects, andtechnology delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Requirements1 Qualifications & SkillsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Master's preferred).Experience:5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.Practical experience with BIAN frameworks, including:BIAN Service LandscapeService Domains & Business ScenariosBusiness Capability MappingHands -on experience in one or more areas:Core Banking Systems (Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle)Digital Banking & PaymentsRisk, Compliance & Regulatory ReportingTrade Finance, Treasury, or Cards/Payments SystemsTechnical& Professional Skills:Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations.Proficiency in business analysis techniques (BPMN, UML, process flows, user journeys).Ability to analyze and model requirements using BIAN reference models.Good understanding of data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to validate business needs.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.2 Behavioral CompetenciesAnalytical and detail -oriented mindset.Strong problem -solving and critical -thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
