LPM is a renowned establishment known for its exquisite French Mediterranean cuisine offerings and vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team in Doha.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for mixology to enhance the overall bar experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep understanding of non-alcoholic beverage trends, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the bar area.
  • Develop and curate an innovative and diverse beverage menu in collaboration with the Global management team.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the bar offerings remain current and competitive.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated bar team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Foster a guest-centric approach among the bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of bar inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
  • Implement effective cost-control measures to optimize beverage profitability.

What do you need:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant or bar setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures.
  • Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
