  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in Qatar (experience in steel, construction, or industrial sectors preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari labor law, immigration processes, and government systems
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
  • Arabic and English communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Handle all company-related documentation with government authorities (MOI, MOL, Immigration, Municipality, etc.)
  • Process, renew, and manage visas, labor cards, work permits, residency permits, and company licenses
  • Coordinate with ministries and government departments regarding approvals, submissions, and follow-ups
  • Manage employee documentation including contracts, medicals, fingerprinting, and ID issuance
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations
