Job Title: Modeler (HVAC, Fire, Plumbing)

Location: Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed 2D/3D models for HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems
  • Coordinate MEP services and resolve clashes using BIM tools
  • Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinated layouts
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in MEP modeling
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination
  • Solid understanding of HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
