The role is central to transforming Dynamics 365 CRM data into actionable business intelligence through powerful dashboards and reports that drive critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Build and manage efficient data models and complex DAX measures.
  • Connect Power BI to various data sources, including
    Dataverse, SQL Server, and Excel
    .
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and performance of all reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
    with
    Power BI
    .
  • Expert-level proficiency
    in
    DAX
    and
    Power Query
    .
  • Proven,
    hands-on experience
    working directly with the
    Dynamics 365 CRM data model
    .
  • Strong data visualization skills and a keen eye for design.
  • Basic knowledge of
    SQL
    .
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
