Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Representative (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell HVAC spares, refrigerants (gas), copper pipes, insulation, ducting materials, etc.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and propose suitable HVAC solutions
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with installation, service, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Track sales activities, leads, and reports using CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in Qatar, preferably in HVAC or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and industry practices
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
  • Transferable NOC and ready for immediate joining
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4, QAR6,000.00 per month
