Job Summary

The Primary Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in the primary section, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the holistic development of each child. The teacher is expected to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and school standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that follow the school curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress using various assessment tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
• Develop and implement classroom management strategies to ensure effective learning.
• Prepare teaching materials, resources, and assignments.
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, code of conduct, and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Section or school administration.

Pay: QAR6, QAR8,000.00 per month
