Job Description:

Choiks Services LLC is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to manage client accounts and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the business setup process. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and coordinating services effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate services accordingly
  • Maintain regular communication and provide status updates
  • Resolve client concerns in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records and reports

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client relationship management or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Knowledge of business services or consultancy operations is an advantage
