Doha Clinic Hospital (DCH) is a renowned healthcare provider accredited by Accreditation Canada. DCH boasts 57 inpatient beds and offers a diverse range of medical services including surgical, orthopedic, neuro-skeletal, ENT, plastic surgery, pediatric, and emergency care available 24/7. Outpatient services are provided Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with limited clinics on Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering personalized care with a focus on quality, compassion, and outstanding customer service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Infrastructure Administrator located in Doha, Qatar. The IT Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hospital's IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include network administration, system administration, technical support, and troubleshooting. The role also involves ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of IT systems and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Administration and System Administration
  • Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Strong background in Information Technology
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
