Summary:
The Rental Agent at Prestige Cars Company is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with all transportation requests from the outlet's guests and hotel operations.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist customers with their rental inquiries and provide detailed information on available vehicles and pricing.
- Process rental orders, including booking reservations, collecting payments, and issuing rental agreements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and return of rental vehicles.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote rental services and special offers.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role in the car rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using rental management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- For the Senior Rental Agent position: Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of the car rental market would be preferred.
