Civil Supervisors

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee earthworks projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction drawings and possess the leadership skills necessary to manage both manpower and equipment effectively.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in earthworks or a related field.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Only Freelancer will be accepted.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar
  • A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
  • Can join immediately.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Supervise and oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Interpret and understand construction drawings to guide project execution.
  • Efficiently manage teams and resources to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor work progress and report on project milestones to ensure goals are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Location: Ras Bu Fontas Industrial Zone
  • Duration: Minimum six (6) months, extendable
