We are a leading construction and interior fit-out company based in Doha, Qatar, recognized for delivering high-quality building and interior projects across the commercial, residential, hospitality, and corporate sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Civil / Architectural Engineer (UPDA Grade C) with solid GCC experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction and finishing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Review and coordinate architectural and civil drawings with design, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy and seamless integration of works.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements as per project and consultant requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, control manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project completion and maintain work quality.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design and site-related issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist the project management team in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for client submission.
  • Support the estimation and technical team by reviewing tender drawings, BOQs, and providing engineering inputs where required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • UPDA Grade C certification (mandatory).
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in construction and interior fit-out projects within the GCC, preferably in Qatar.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, finishes, materials, and site supervision procedures.
  • Strong coordination skills with a solid understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
