Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment. This role contributes to creating a welcoming experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstation, and equipment.
  • Ensure all beverages meet quality standards before serving.
  • Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or requirements to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines in food and beverage preparation.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the café.
  • Provide recommendations and information about menu items to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2, QAR3,500.00 per month
