Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic creative and social team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, in-house position where you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video and photo content that captures attention, drives engagement, and aligns with our brand identity. Your keen eye for compelling visuals and your ability to craft engaging narratives will be key to elevating our client's presence across various digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Brainstorm and develop original, engaging content ideas for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing, in collaboration with the creative and social team.
• Stay informed about current trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms in the digital landscape to ensure content relevance and impact.
• Translate complex marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives that deeply resonate with our target audience.
• Plan and execute video and photo shoots, including meticulous location scouting, talent coordination (if applicable), and comprehensive prop/equipment management.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in operating camera equipment, setting up professional lighting, and utilizing audio recording techniques.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products, incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all content strictly adheres to brand guidelines and meets the technical specifications required for various platforms.
• Perform basic color correction and color grading to enhance the visual appeal and consistency of all content.
• Optimize video and photo content for different digital platforms and devices, ensuring an optimal viewing experience for all users.
• Archive and meticulously organize all project files for easy access and future reference.
• Collaborate effectively with the creative and social team to understand specific content needs and overarching campaign objectives.
• Communicate progress updates, challenges, and solutions proactively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Be receptive to constructive feedback and willing to iterate on creative concepts to achieve the best possible outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video and photo content.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of video and photo editing techniques, including basic color correction and color grading.
• Excellent storytelling ability and a keen eye for visually compelling narratives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high degree of agility and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when necessary.
• Preferred: Experience working with social media platforms and a deep understanding of platform-specific content best practices.
• Preferred: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
• Preferred: Experience working with a variety of camera equipment and lighting setups.
