Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Doha, Qatar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting to ensure projects remain within budget. The individual will also be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and will work closely with the project team to manage all financial aspects.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills.
  • Experince in road and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Proficiency in cost reporting and financial tracking.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as RICS is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar
