Job Purpose:

Arrange natural and artificial flowers and plants in an artistic and attractive manner that suits customers' tastes and various occasions, while maintaining the quality and cleanliness of the flowers and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and arrange flower bouquets according to customer requests (parties, weddings, events, gifts, etc.).

• Select appropriate flower types based on color, occasion, and season.

• Elegantly package bouquets using paper, ribbons, and accessories.

• Daily care of flowers and plants (trimming stems, changing water, refrigerating).

• Prepare flower arrangements for halls, hotels, and special events.

• Monitor inventory of flowers and supplies and place purchase orders when needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

• Greet customers and provide artistic suggestions that suit their tastes.

• Assist with photography or product displays for the online store.

Required Skills:

• High artistic taste and a sense of creativity.

• Skill in color coordination and design.

• Knowledge of the basics of flower care and types.

• Speed ​​and accuracy in work, especially during peak hours.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A high school diploma as a minimum (a course or certificate in flower arrangement or design is preferred).

• At least one year of experience in flower arrangement or similar stores.

• Experience using flower arrangement tools and simple design software is preferred.
