Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This on-site role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment strategies, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives. You will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for Aspire Katara Hospitality to support the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting to attract and secure high-quality talent.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Expertise in Training and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are equipped for success.
  • A thorough understanding of local labor laws and recruitment best practices is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and relevant recruitment technologies is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
