We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented Technical Coordinator (M/F)
to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be at the heart of field operations, managing training, monitoring, and evaluating the execution of technical services, including inspection, shipping, and auditing for large-scale energy projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Train technical and support staff in our areas of expertise (prepare materials, organize and deliver courses).
  • Conduct technical evaluations of candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Ensure client requirements and applicable documentation are distributed to field staff.
  • Make sure client requirements are understood and applied by field staff.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to field personnel.
  • Monitor field staff (on-site audits, online learning assignments and follow-up, etc.) in compliance with internal requirements.
  • Ensure submitted personnel profiles are updated in the internal management software.
  • Review reports and deliverables issued by field staff before sending them to the client.
  • Update the internal management software with completed actions (checks, etc.).
  • Represent Intersica from a technical perspective during client meetings.
  • Lead technical investigations into client complaints through to response formulation.
  • Prepare technical documentation for tenders.
  • Carry out service activities (Inspection, etc.), on part time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in technical support roles with clients, preferably in the oil & gas sector or industrial services related to manufacturing equipment (Drilling & Wells, machining, welding, coatings, painting, pressure testing, etc.).
  • Initiative and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 5 years of experience in quality control/inspection activities.
  • Auditor qualification is a plus.
