Reservations Supervisor
to oversee daily reservations operations, ensure accuracy in bookings, and support the Reservations team in delivering exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Supervise daily reservations activities and ensure all bookings are handled accurately and efficiently
- Support and guide Reservations Agents to meet performance and service standards
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate loading in coordination with Revenue Management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Handle complex reservations, special requests, and guest concerns
- Prepare daily and monthly reservations reports
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
- Train and coach new team members and provide ongoing support
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with supervisory experience an advantage
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels
- Good understanding of room types, rates, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
