Role Description

This is a 
full-time, on-site role
 for a 
Social Media Marketing Specialist
 based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing multiple brand social media accounts, developing creative content strategies, and producing engaging Reels and short-form videos that resonate with audiences.

You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage 
    monthly social media content calendars
     for assigned brands.
  • Create engaging 
    Reels and short-form video content
     for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute creative social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
  • Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure content consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and formats.

Requirements

  • Must be 
    based in Doha, Qatar
     with a valid QID or transferable visa.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency in tools like 
    CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar editing apps
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Highly organized, creative, and passionate about digital storytelling.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of 
    paid ads
    , influencer marketing, or performance analytics.
  • Photography and creative direction experience are advantageous.
