Job Description

GENERAL SERVICES FOREMAN

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate certificate from High School

Fluent Knowledge of English language (Speak, Read and Write)

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years' work experience in similar capacity from contracting and transporting company

Job Purpose:

Cleaning Services

Responsible for Assigning, planning and closure of jobs received thru FM help desk.

Issuing PTW for cleaning activities under FM area of Responsibility.

Assigning schedule for Carpet cleaning, Deep cleaning, and special cleaning for required areas.

Inspection and Monitoring of cleaning activities.

Responsible for special cleaning in Caustic loading / Unloading Shelter.

Scheduling special cleaning activities on CCR / MWS / Change House on every Fridays / Saturdays.

Preparing Time sheets and Review invoices for preparation of SES.

Pest Control

Check & monitor the required and approved PPE for pest controller.

Monitor the pesticides application on site including substations, FIC's and other new locations.

Understand the proper procedure of Chemical Approval Process for Material Safety Data Sheet of new

chemical. Responsible for having the new chemical to be approved in CAPS

Handles the Pest Control scheduling for one year in coordination with the contractor.

Plans the approved end users request for special pest control.

Stationary

Have basic knowledge on MS Office (word, excel & power point, etc.)

Monitor stocks on-hand and track record of all items going in and out.

Update item name, pictures on the database.

Distribute items requested on-line on timely manner and take control of the quantity issued.

Request the items needed for PR, makes follow-up and check if the delivered items received as per PO.

Makes report on items needed to be write-off and variance in the delivery.

Furniture

Monitor any movement as per request by the end users.

Organize, Plans the shifting and arranging of offices furniture request by the end users.

Request items needed for PR, make follow-up and check delivered items received as per PO.

Acts as DSR to any furniture movement and installation requested by the end users.

Report any damage furniture and keep record of all written-off items delivered to lay down area.

Deliver any approved furniture requested by the end user to specified location.

Conducts tool box meeting to contractor prior to the job.

Commissary Supply

Monitor the distribution of commissary items on site.

Make sure that each pantry on site has sufficient quantity of supply every day.

Water Supply

Monitor the distribution of small bottled water boxes on site.

Make sure that each station on site has sufficient quantity of small bottled water every day.

Plan the gardening activities to avoid long time exposure to direct sunlight of the gardeners.

Monitor the cleaners and gardeners, pest controller and water delivery contractor work-rest cycle as per heat

index warning zone.

Maintains a record of delivered small bottled water to QChem and to every station.
