Job Overview:

As a Leasing Real Estate Agent at ABH real estate, you will play a vital role in the leasing process, facilitating transactions between property owners and prospective tenants. Your focus will be on marketing and leasing residential/commercial properties, conducting property showings, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our clients.

responsibilities:

  • Create and manage appealing property listings for rental units.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive rental prices.
  • Implement effective advertising and marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
  • Screen and evaluate tenant applications, conduct background checks, and verify references.
  • Conduct property showings, highlighting features and addressing tenant inquiries.
  • Prepare lease agreements, explaining terms to tenants and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Negotiate lease terms and rental prices between property owners and tenants.
  • Manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and facilitate communication between parties.
  • Conduct property inspections before and after lease terms to document conditions.
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and communication.

qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar real estate role.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and rental laws.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to market properties effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
