We are looking for a skilled Maintenance to ensure all camp facilities, rooms, and equipment are kept in good working condition. The role involves preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and regular inspections to maintain a safe, comfortable, and compliant living environment for residents.
What You'll Get Your Hands On
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance on AC units, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all equipment and property are well maintained and functioning properly.
- Identify safety hazards and follow health & safety standards.
- Keep records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with camp staff and external vendors when needed.
The Magic You Bring
- Experience in maintenance, facility management, or camp accommodation.
- Knowledge of AC repair, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive upkeep.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts or respond to urgent issues.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or accommodation/camp operations.
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Facility Maintenance, or a related technical field
